@RLavigne42 Special Edition: Virtual Enterprise 2.0 Conference – February 2, 2010 (Part 2) (#E20, #E2Conf)

On February 2, 2010, I attended the Virtual Enterprise 2.0 Conference.  As is my norm with all the conferences I attend (both physically and virtually), I monitored the Twitter Stream and aggregated what I consider to be the main themes and tweets emerging from the attendees.  I am happy to present to you this Special Edition of The @RLavigne42 Tweet Round-Up.
